I just wanted to sit down and take a moment to personally “Thank You” so much for the wonderful staging you did on my listing in White Rock.

You blew me away as when I requested this of you (I think you heard the urgency in my voice), you came within a day of my request, vehicles stocked with your secret tools of the trade and within 6 hours had the home transformed into show home presentation shape. Your respect for my client and her family were so appreciated, who knows how long it takes a home to sell in this market. The two of you un did the clutter, rearranged furniture and added your own special touches, yet made the home still totally habitable for them which is tricky to do.

The best is yet to come – I credit your talents with the 22 day turn around (listing date to sale date) of the home, which is rare as most home are taking 120 – 160 days!!! You are the best and I will never hesitate to recommend you!

Having never used a home staging company before, we commissioned FL!P!T Redesign to design the show suite for our latest development. Working on a limited time restriction, they coordinated the furniture and accessory rentals, delivery and set up creating a beautiful display suite. We went with the option to rent the accessories and furniture knowing that after 6 months we would eliminate the hassle of storing or selling off the inventory.
